Vicki's Bridals - {Utah Bridal Photographer)

You may remember Vicki and her fiancé's engagement session from a short while ago. I recently had the wonderful opportunity to do Vicki's bridals as well. Let me tell you, this is one gorgeous bride! And so much fun, too:-) I have really enjoyed working with her and Jason, and I am looking forward to their wedding in June.

For the bridal session we headed to downtown Salt Lake City and Temple Square. The gardens were lovely, with flowers blooming everywhere - the perfect setting for a photo session. It was such a beautiful evening, too. Vicki brought along her mom, as well as two friends. I made sure to put them all too work for me;-)

Here is a funny little story. I have not done many photoshoots at Temple Square yet, so I was not aware of all the special rules they have. We were happily taking pictures just inside the Temple Square gates, when an attendant came up and kicked us out! Okay, it was not really that dramatic, lol. I guess they have so many brides that go through there that they have made the Temple Square proper off-limits to photographers. Makes sense. I imagine people who are there to experience TS would get a little annoyed having to watch out for us photographers at every turn! But the gardens between the temple and Joseph Smith Memorial Building were completely open to us, and I think we were able to capture some truly stunning images.
